All funds generated by The Disability Syndicate go to its parent charity, Disability Direct, supporting disabled people and initiatives that promote independent living. The launch brings together Blue Sky Brokers, DD Payroll, and the Blue Sky Social Care Card, creating a unified, end-to-end support system that empowers individuals, carers, and families across the United Kingdom.

This strategic collaboration delivers a joined-up, user-led model of support that focuses on choice and control, independent living, and high-quality care. As part of the launch, Blue Sky Brokers and DD Payroll have jointly introduced Individual Service Funds, providing individuals with greater flexibility, personalised support, and easier management of care budgets.
