Why This Matters
UK Disability History Month and the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3rd December) remind us not just to celebrate progress – but to make more of it. The Foundations of Disability Confidence series is designed exactly for that: helping employers move from awareness to real, measurable inclusion.
As a syndicate focused on amplifying the voices and experiences of disabled people, we see this initiative as a vital step toward shifting the conversation from compliance to confidence.
